Integrity chamber

•The Seanad should be set up as a 26-member nationally elected permanent integrity commission, with rights similar to the American senate committees and with the ability to remove TDs and civil servant benefits if serious incompetence or corruption (one is often disguised as the other) is the most probable explanation.

Members cannot have been members of any political party for 10 years.

No lawyers, no tribunals, no extra costs.
