I'm an ordinary man and I could be in Aras

So what makes a good president? Well, you need to stay out of politics, turn up at Croke Park and Lansdowne Road, travel abroad to meet other movers and shakers, wave the shamrock on St Patrick's Day and generally try not to get in the way. The Irish president has no real power and as one who has left Ireland again recently in an attempt to support my family, I know what they mean by that.
If the Irish people really feel that a retired television presenter can fill the role, then I feel I have just as much right to put myself forward for the job. Vote Me for president.
I know I could do as good a job as Gaybo.
