Higher solution to teen suicide
Sir -- It was lovely to read the winning letter of the week (Sunday Independent, June 19, 2011), a well mature attitude from a 17-year-old girl and a worthy winner of best letter.
For those who didn't read it, the title was 'Listen to teenagers' and it addressed the number of teenagers committing suicide at the present time. Although she gave some good advice, I was saddened to see that she didn't mention God.
When you come to know Him in a personal way, He is the answer to all our problems. There are more people than ever before finding this out, especially teenagers.
If you have problems and have tried everything else, why not give Him a try? I can assure you, whether you're an adult or a teenager, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
