German lesson

I suggest that if he ever visits Dublin, he should take a stroll through St Stephen's Green and have a look at a sculpture called the 'Three Fates' just inside the Leeson Street gate.



This was by Bavarian sculptor Prof Josef Wackerle, and was given to the Irish State as a gift from the German people in thanks for our help to German refugees after World War Two.
