Force bankers to do community work too
The decision by the Fianna Fail and Green Party coalition to reform the unemployment system by offering community scheme work to those on benefits should also be extended to the bankers.
The focus of the current administration in cutting costs is always on those who are seeking work.
The fact is almost 450,000 people are out of work and any employment scheme is welcome, but the aim of this system seems to be to cut costs. For example, anyone who refuses to take part is automatically cut off.
