Fine Gael needs a firm hand on the tiller as Brexit looms
The painful and pathetic closing phase of Enda Kenny's reign as Taoiseach should be brought to an end immediately.
We are not talking Churchill or Lemass here. This was no visionary or ball-breaker. A man whose rhetoric is delivered in the manner of an amateur stage actor, Mr Kenny sat on the throne because his party couldn't agree on two stronger candidates.
We need a firm hand on the tiller in the run-up to Brexit. The Tory and DUP parties have already voted to weaken the Good Friday Agreement.
