FAI in spotlight again for the wrong reasons
In his article on July 28, Kevin Myers suggests the problem with Ireland is that we continually tell ourselves false tales. Yet his example is just that: a false tale.
As a 17-year-old, I am appalled at how anyone could write such an inaccurate article.
Mr Myers would have us believe that the people of this country lived in privileged conditions in the early 1900s. There is only one word for this: false.
