Developers shouldn't get property bargains

Now we hear developers who defaulted on loans are trying to buy the same properties back at a bargain-basement price, something that is prevented by law. What's to say these same developers won't get their sons/daughters or wife to buy the property back, given that it was so easy to transfer other properties into their wife's name before NAMA pounced -- only now she will get the loan required as she solely holds all the assets.
