DART to airport just not feasible

Seanan O'Rourke (Letters, August 23) suggests that a rail link should be built from the existing DART line near Old Portmarnock to the airport.

This idea is not feasible.

The existing Dublin-Belfast line already serves intercity, commuter and DART trains and is operating to full capacity.
