Dail revamp is a waste of money

THE squandering of taxpayers' money on a Dail revamp, much of which was approved and undertaken after the recession had started, is scandalous.
The €682,902 spent on paintwork would have painted 10 hospitals.
The €99,342 spent on just two toilets would have replaced almost 100 old and broken toilets in hospitals and institutions, thereby reducing the risk of hospital-acquired infections.
