Cries of ‘piracy’ are premature

I COMPLETELY disagree with many writers who attack Israel’s right to defend themselves.
A blockade was in place, and an alternate route was offered for delivery of humanitarian aid. If all that was at stake was the delivery of the aid, why was the alternative route refused?
I cannot know the motives of those involved, but I believe they were either mischievous or incredibly misguided.
