Cowen's behaviour was unforgivable

IT IS not unusual of late that I find myself at opposite sides on a political or social debate, but I am simply astounded at the reaction of many to the interview given by our Taoiseach Brian Cowen.
Allow me to first point out that I was appalled by the National Gallery's display of the controversial paintings of Brian Cowen some 18 months ago.
Much of the public and media comments relating to the incident at the time resembled little more that snide childish guffawing.
