Causing a flap over eagle's turbine death

I am probably more into the environment and being kind to animals than most, but where will it end?

One dim-witted eagle flies into a gigantic, white wind turbine and the whole of the renewable energy programme is being called into question. What would we have done if it had hit a lamppost or a car?

I am only sad that it did not hit a politician, because then we would have had a real reason to take positive action.
