Bewildered by closure of school for autism

I DON'T understand the reasoning behind the closure of the Achieve ABA school in Donaghmede.

While I can see some of the reasoning behind certain changes being made by the Government lately, this is just off the radar.

Considering that it will now cost more to educate these children in unfamiliar surroundings, undoing any progress made, I and many others would welcome an explanation.
