Banks tribunal won't expose the guilty

BRIAN Lenihan has shown that Fianna Fail's heart of darkness cannot be restrained for long.
Last week he finally accepted that the political decisions around the collapse of our banking industry, particularly the events of September 29 and 30, 2008, should be opened to scrutiny.
He even declared that he was happy to hand over his ministerial file on these matters for examination.
