Bank of Ireland wastes my money on rugby

Why is the Bank of Ireland, which I am a major shareholder in via my involuntary bailout of that institution, still sponsoring rugby clubs (notably Leinster) to the tune of millions?
Why should my taxes be pumped into a reckless bank that then gives it away to the sport that is favoured by those that broke the bank in the first place. Why should the rugby, fee-paying schools in this country get money from the poorer areas of society via the bailout when the schools in those poorer areas don't play or support rugby.
Also, if those poorer schools did support rugby, they could not get tickets for games at Lansdowne after all of the corporations in the country had filled their boxes or sent tickets to clients and friends.
