And after all of this, Lowry stays on as a TD

THE real disgrace from the Moriarty Tribunal is that there's no way to make Michael Lowry resign.



Lowry seems to believe that if you can't prove it in court, then it never happened. He's not alone in this belief. Ivor Callelly, Willie O'Dea and Bertie Ahern all used this mentality to hold on to their jobs.

The gentlemen referred to above all brought politics into disrepute. They will say they want to be treated like everyone else under the law but they are not the same as everyone else. They have put themselves forward for the highest honour in the land, the honour of leading a nation, and we deserve the highest standards from our leaders.
