Adoptees need access to certs

LIE after lie has been told to adopted children regarding the release of original birth certificates, with no clarification on legislation. Anybody who is adopted should have access to the original certificate, without reserve.
The Irish Republic remains well outside international norms on the release of the original birth certificate. The UK guarantees release at 18 years without reserve.
The automatic release of the original certificate is a fundamental right which has yet to be acknowledged by the Irish Catholic State.
