A happy rugby team
•With regard to Ultan O'Grady's missive (Letters, September 7), may I say that most of these guys are away from their loved ones for up to two months so creating a happy team spirit is vital.
Also, I don't know what you do for a living but I am confident that your working day is not 24 hours long. They are training very hard down there and that more than anything runs the risk of injury.
Anything can cause you to get injured. Take Swansea City defender Alan Tate, who recently broke his leg in a golf buggy accident. So were the Australians careful enough?
