A few more things on the list for referendum

As there is to be a referendum to decide if the pay of judges is to be cut, wouldn't it be a good idea to have other things dealt with by the same referendum?

I would suggest: (a) remove the blasphemy law; (b) remove the citizenship of people who leave the country in order to avoid paying tax, or their debts; (c) make it impossible to sell off state assets, the peoples' property, without a referendum; (d) put this in the Constitution: "It is the responsibility of government to ensure every citizen or transient has a suitable home. A flat will not be regarded as a suitable home for a family with children, only a house with a garden will."
