Getting on with real business

WHILE the Fine Gael party is entitled to sort out its family disputes when and how it wishes, hopefully its members will quickly turn their attention back to the rather more important business of saving the country from ruin.
Such is the perilous state of the national finances that we cannot afford the time or the distraction of politicians tussling like drunken sailors in the hold of a waterlogged Titanic.
The political life of this or that individual does not amount to a hill of beans when compared to the economic survival of the country.
