A sorry mess made of the children vote

HOW could such good intentions turn out so wrong?

The Supreme Court's drubbing of the Government's information campaign in the run-up to the children's rights referendum could have far-reaching consequences.

At immediate risk is the validity of the outcome of the children referendum itself, notwithstanding the broad political and civic society consensus the poll attracted.
