These days, employees in the private and public sector alike get pestered with messages and posters proclaiming Zero Tolerance of Bullying! What they usually do not say is this:

We do NOT tolerate bullying! However, should bullying occur the bully will be invited to join corporate management and the bully's victim to agree terms for the bully keeping anything s/he has grabbed from the victim during said bullying.

Thus the latest attempt to negotiate an end to the violence in Ukraine. The agreement itself is here. It has interesting features:
