People start the week asking me to reveal my secrets of a happy marriage. I am reminded of Valentine's Day every year when I am asked about romance, and I destroy feature articles left, right and centre by saying I am not romantic.

This week, however, it's all my own fault for coming up with the perfect headline for a book title. Once a journalist, always a journalist.

My favourite bit of advice is a joke: 'Never go to bed on an argument. Stay up and fight.'
