There has never, ever been a first family like this before. With their casinos, reality TV fiefdoms, failed pop careers, QVC jewellery lines, lads mags glamour shots, messy divorces, and million dollar weddings - the Trumps share more similarities with the Kardashians than the Kennedys.

Only Melania, Donald and their 10-year-old son Barron, will take up permanent residence in the White House but the extended and 'blended' Trump clan will certainly be the most fascinating family to pass through No. 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in its 224-year history.

At the centre of the Trump tribe stand not one, but two first ladies - Melania and Ivanka.
