It's do or die time for Martin, as Fianna Faíl leader seeks to take battle to rivals
In a couple of months, Fianna Fáil will mark the 90th anniversary of its founding - the next six weeks will dictate whether it is a celebration or a requiem.
Because, make no mistake, the party - the most successful in western Europe in that time - remains in a fight for survival.
It's a fight it should win. But a glance northward, and the fate of the beleaguered SDLP, demonstrates that nothing can be taken for granted.
