So here we are. Another year is coming to a close, and it's true what they say - as you get older, time just seems to get quicker and quicker. It's slightly scary.
Every year, once Christmas Day passes, I start to reflect on the past 12 months: did I hit my goals? What was good and bad? What would I change? What would I improve?
Reflection is a key component of wellness, especially when it is productive. Why not use this time off work (if you're lucky enough to have it!) to look back on your year?
