FIANNA Fail leader Micheal Martin is in serious danger of becoming the latest casualty of an increasingly unruly presidential campaign.
The Fianna Fail leader was seen last week as having pulled off "a cunning stroke" when he pledged his party's support for Gay Byrne.
However, even before Byrne's decision to withdraw from the race was announced yesterday, the embattled party leader was struggling to stave off revolts in both Munster and Dublin.
