Ian O'Doherty: Well, that seems fair. . .

When Warren Blackwell was arrested in 1998, he had no idea that his life was about to fall apart.

He was accused of rape by police in Northamptonshire, who claimed that he had assaulted a woman outside a nightclub after a New Year's Eve party.

There was only one slight problem -- he didn't do it. And the police knew that he didn't do it.
