There are some things that just immediately bring you back to your childhood. They could be advertising campaigns, slogans or the sights, sounds and smells that trigger something in your brain.
And, as we get older, these occasional reminders of what life was like in more innocent times are precious.
Indeed, it's interesting to note that we have become an increasingly nostalgic society -- restaurants that have turned their back on fancy, fiddly squiggles on a plate and now concentrate on good old-fashioned comfort food like bangers and mash are the places that are turning a profit. It's obvious that we're all craving a little bit of stability in an increasingly turbulent and -- let's be honest for a minute -- bloody terrifying times.
