Fennelly has damned 'vindicated' Taoiseach

The Fennelly Commission Interim Report lays out what Enda Kenny said and what he did, and it's damning.
In listing his conclusions, the former judge was faced with describing the Taoiseach as either a teller of untruths or a fool. He chose to depict the Taoiseach as a fool.
"The Commission," he wrote "accepts that the Taoiseach did not intend to put pressure on the Garda Commissioner to retire."
