Leo has reservations, obviously

Details emerged last night of a top-secret document containing the real deal that was made between Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and the Independents in order to form a government. It turns out to be very different from what our politicians have been claiming to have agreed publicly. Today we can exclusively reveal this document.

1. Enda Kenny must be elected Taoiseach for a second time, a historic occasion which will make him the first-ever Fine Gael Taoiseach to be returned to power.

2. Leo Varadkar will remain in high office but will be responsible for nothing, not the health service, the contents of this deal, or anything else. If Leo becomes Taoiseach after Enda has had a respectable week or two in the job, to satisfy him that he was indeed historically returned to power, Taoiseach Leo will still not be responsible for anything.
