The high stakes and costs of unravelling multiple mysteries

Mystery lies at the heart of the latest court battle between businessman Denis O'Brien and Red Flag, the consultancy firm whose mystery "dossier" client Mr O'Brien wants to unmask.
Mystery surrounds the identity of Red Flag's client whom, the High Court has heard, commissioned the dossier. Red Flag denies any involvement in defamation or conspiracy - or that it published the dossier which it says mostly contains material already in the public domain.
Mystery also surrounds the identity of the party which gave an envelope (with no postmark) containing a USB memory stick to Mr O'Brien last October. The memory stick (a decryption code was on the envelope) contained the dossier of documents Mr O'Brien says are calculated to damage his reputation at home and abroad.
