IN just a few short days the WikiLeaks 'Cablegate' memos have sent world leaders and diplomats into a tailspin.
Just over 500 of the 250,000 US embassy cables in the possession of the whistleblowing website have been released since Monday, but there have already been a host of embarrassing revelations.
The frank language used by US diplomats in relaying information and assessments about foreign leaders, civil servants and political situations has put many noses out of joint and has possibly irreparably damaged relations in some cases.
