Secret plan for new FAS leaves us little to digest
IT is the end of Fas as we know it. But after all the demands the Government has been putting on the opposition to come up with a credible economic plan, where was its own plan for Fas?
Tanaiste Mary Coughlan must get some credit for at least having a new announcement to make during some of the interminable speeches on the economic crisis in the Dail yesterday.
But the opposition were quick to latch on to the fact that it was like being called for dinner and then shown an empty plate.
