Ritz ready for more glitz with €200m makeover
Ernest Hemingway "liberated" its bar from the Nazis, Coco Chanel called it "ma maison" for almost 40 years and it was the last place Diana Princess of Wales was seen alive.

The owner, Mohamed Al Fayed, is hoping to honour the hotel founder's promise of offering guests "all the refinement that a prince could desire in his own home".
