People who've been asking 'Where's my NAMA?' can keep asking that question

SOME people are going to lose their homes. So we will have to get over our sometimes hysterical opposition to repossessions.

That was the clear message yesterday from Finance Minister Michael Noonan and the Central Bank after launching new targets that will force banks to deal with those in arrears on their home loans.

Banks reacted positively to the new plans, even though they face financial sanctions if they do not co-operate.
