Now it's time to listen to the yaysayers

STANDARD & Poor's recent report predicted that prospective homebuyers in Europe would postpone acquisitions, given governments' 'austerity plans'.
They obviously weren't talking about Ireland. Here, it's more that the banks won't lend the purchaser money than the purchaser deciding not to buy. All you have to do is look at the most recent fire sales, where people had cash in their pockets, to know that whatever it is about we Irish, we just cannot resist the lure of bricks and mortar.
