THE visages of the north's first minister and his deputy were sporting expressions of resignation.
It seems that every time they get to strut their stuff at a North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) meeting, some piece of news from Dublin completely eclipses their moment in the 32-county sun.
The council's previous meeting in Farmleigh last June was understandably overshadowed by the shocking news of the death of Brian Lenihan that morning.
