Mary Kenny: Anyone who thinks that men aren't aroused by naked young women needs a biology lesson
There was once a summer where I had to report from the South of France -- a tough job, but someone had to do it -- and in this endeavour I commuted between Cannes in France and Monte Carlo in Monaco.
Cannes was a litter-strewn mess; Monaco was pristine. Especially pristine in the principality were the beaches, which were exquisitely clean, with no rubbish, with clean, clear water, and, of course, no topless bathing, which had been banned by Prince Rainier and Princess Grace as "indecorous".
The rest of the Cote d'Azur had featured bare bosoms ever since Brigitte Bardot discovered St Tropez in the 1960s.
