OH BUT the high moral ground is a grand place altogether, a lofty vantage-point from where one can lambaste lesser beings for over-spending or under-productivity, and other perceived shortcomings.
However, when the high moral ground falls away, it can be a chilly plummet to join mere mortals back on earth.
