James Downey: Kenny was never going to achieve much in 100 days

ENDA Kenny invited us to judge him and his ministers on their first 100 days in office. By the time the target was reached, he might well have prayed that we would not take him at his word.
On Thursday (one day too early, by my reckoning, but let it pass, let it pass) he and Eamon Gilmore held a press conference to detail their "achievements". He displayed the dignity and self-assurance that have marked his style ever since he won the election. But achievements? Let's see.
There has been very little in the way of achievements. There never could have been much in the way of achievements.
