Eddie Cunningham: We've all done it, but this deadly practice has to stop

SOME days it is easier to count those who are not on the phone behind the wheel.

You'd be forgiven for thinking we've become a nation of one-handed drivers. They come careering around corners, shoot out on to main roads, change lanes without indicating -- all the while with the hand clutching phone to ear.

There is a perception that women are the big offenders. I beg to differ. In my experience men are as bad.
