IT'S often the way, you go out to pick up one thing and come back with something completely different.
If you've been left scratching your head about Michael Noonan's victory in Europe last night you're probably not alone.
Ask most people and they'll tell you the new Government picked its fights with the powers-that-be in Europe on two key battlegrounds: burning the bondholders of failed banks and getting a cut in the interest rate we're paying to borrow under the bailout deal.
