ELEVEN years ago, I qualified with an LLB in law from Trinity College Dublin and, like most of my peers, contemplated a career as a barrister.
I had, I believed then and now, the passion, tenacity and academic ability to do so and maybe I still secretly harbour distant thoughts of becoming Ireland's first female chief justice.
