HE'S only just reached the legal age for drinking in many US states, but already Daniel Radcliffe has sworn off the booze for life.
After several years of developing an unhealthy relationship with alcohol which, he says, tipped over into a reliance, he's now gone tee total. He even skipped the last Harry Potter premiere party, choosing to stay at home and watch the Discovery Channel instead.
Radcliffe's flirtation with self-destruction and dissolution was not only discreet, but extremely contained. He tried it out for a while, and seeing the better of the demon drink, decided the safest bet was to settle for a quiet life instead.
