April 2019 deadline must concentrate minds

Appropriately enough, it is hard to get away from quotes by Winston Churchill.

His successor Theresa May's announcement of late March next year to trigger the start of Britain's EU 'divorce talks' gives us only a timetable.

It is expected to be a two-year process, so that means 'Goodbye Britain' in April 2019.
