THE internationally famous four-letter word uttered by Paul Gogarty is not on the list of words that are banned in the Dail.

The official list of prohibited words harks back to a more genteel time and includes show-stoppers such as yahoo, brat and coward.

The full list is:

McAreavey suspect accuses police
