Polish man injured in Celbridge shotgun attack

GARDAI have appealed for witnesses after a Polish man was shot in Co Kildare.

The 36-year-old was shot in the leg with what is believed to have been a shotgun outside a house in Oldtown Road, Celbridge, at around 11pm last night.

He was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown.

Gardai want to speak to anyone who was in the area between 10.30pm and 11.30pm.
