Home used for pirate radio
A 60-YEAR-OLD man used his home to house equipment which provided the signal for two pirate radio stations, Dublin District Court heard.
Anthony Hogarty, unemployed, admitted having apparatus for illegal broadcasting, providing the signal for pirate stations Sun80s and Jack FM at High Breeze, Ballyedmonduff, Sandyford, Dublin, on May 24, 2005.
Judge Anne Watkin appllied the Probation Act.
